Body Groove is a game changer for me. I've only been a subscriber for a few days but this is the first program l've ever tried that is actually FUN! There are so many workouts to choose from, but honestly- it doesn't feel like a workout in the traditional sense. The music is incredible and the time passes so quickly because it's so enjoyable. At 56 years of age with pain in my lower back, hips, and shoulder, I can completely tailor each video to what works for me and never miss a "beat" :) I love the fact that the app allows me to take Body Groove with me when I travel and includes way more than I expected such as meditation, yoga, and an incredible number of dance videos in a multitude of dance styles- to name a few. Boredom will never be an issue with this program!

Definitely worth the year's subscription. I look forward to reducing the aches and pains that come with aging and menopause :/ and increasing my strength and range of motion and overall health. So glad I found Body Groove:))

love this app and program. There are so many options to choose for dancing your way to fitness. The workouts come in different lengths and intensity, so you can choose what you would like to do each session. The instructors are very motivating, and keep the classes moving with cues, but also consistently state to make the movement your own, based on your abilities and your creative expression. There are other options for meditation, Pilates, etc. | love the workout of the day the best. It is a mash up of different songs from many different lessons. So you get a variety of movement and dance each workout. The sessions are about 30 minutes for the workout of the day, so perfect to fit into a busy day. It feels wonderful to be able to get back in shape, have fun through expressive movement and dance, and increase my energy for the rest of the day. Highly recommend this app and program.

I love to dance, but I can't do as much as when I was younger. No problem— Body Groove is for all levels. It's very fun! The best workout, and the one I will stick with, is the one where I'm having fun. For me, that's dance and yoga. Body Groove has a great variety of videos, all types of music and dance styles, as well as yoga and meditation.

Misty is so upbeat and positive, creative in her dances, and she always makes it fun. You can make it as hard or as easy as you like, follow along with Misty or one of the others, or do your own thing freestyle to the music, using the dancers' moves as inspiration.

The videos vary in length. There are also lots of playlists to choose from depending on your goals. There are easier videos for beginners. If you love to dance and enjoy your workouts, get this app!!

More than an exercise program.

I love Body Groove for several reasons. One, I love to dance and using that method to exercise brings me delight and no dread.

Two, I love that everyone on the videos are unique in there own way. Used to, there was only one body type that was on the exercise videos. Nothing wrong with a slim athletic body, but this world is full of beautiful people with different shapes, sizes, and color. I love the diversity! Three, the variety of videos to choose from is amazing and generous of Body Groove. You never get bored. In fact, I wish I could do all of them. Lastly, Body Groove offers life coaching through challenges and meditations. I find these valuable resources to my journey of being my best self. Body Groove is worthy beyond the investment. It gives high quality content and a place to go everyday to do something good for yourself while having fun.

I just finished a year of treatment for breast cancer 9 months ago and getting my stamina back has been difficult, especially because I wasn't in the best shape before treatment. A friend suggested Body Groove and it's changed my life! It's so fun and freeing. Thank you Misty for creating a program where I don't feel pressured to be perfect! It's so chill! The yoga and Pilates have also been helpful for my chronic back pain I got from lifting stroke patients as an RN for many years in an acute rehab. I also met an accountability buddy from the Facebook page and we have an amazing and encouraging relationship. I could not more highly recommend Body Groove!!

I've been doing Body Groove for the past 2 years and I love it. It is the best workout routine I have ever had and I have had many throughout the years. I am over 60, active and fortunately in good health but anyone can do it. You work at your own level, your own speed, and it's fun especially if you love to dance. I look forward to doing Body Groove not dreading it like I used to other workout routines. I have more energy and have noticed a difference in my body, more toned and flexible. I love the lives with Misty she is inspiring and has helped me get comfortable in my own skin. So grateful to Misty and the rest of the Body Groove ladies.

Body Groove has been a true blessing in my life. I love that I don't hurt while I'm working out and that I feel so much better each day when I get done. I have struggled with depression in my past and Misty and Body Groove have helped me realize I am worth something and that I count! I love Body Groove and Misty.. I've seen advertisements for years and finally decided to join after countless other fitness programs. These workouts with Body Groove, I am physically able to do and I LOVE them. I've had multiple surgeries that have left me with a lot of scar tissue in my abdomen which is very unflattering and painful. Doing planks, heavy weights, jumping jacks just aren't possible. However, I have grooved every single day since I joined and I couldn't be happier.. Keep doing what you do Misty.. Body Groove has definitely changed my outlook on getting exercise and feeling better in my skin.. you are truly a beautiful lady and a beautiful inspiration

I have a lot of aches and pain and find other exercise programs difficult. Body Groove allows me to move at my own pace. Also, when Misty says positive body affirming comments I feel like she's a friend speaking straight to me. Instead of finishing my work out exhausted, sore and feeling bad about myself because I couldn't do all the movements, I now feel encouraged and really positive about myself. Because the work outs are fun I find myself excited about doing the next one.

Also, I use Mindful Movement sometimes to get ready for bed. It helps me relax.

Overall I would recommend Body Groove to anyone who is looking for some positivity while working out their body.

This is my first time ever, writing a review for an app. I am a professional massage therapist and also someone who has attended many expressive movement styled dance classes across two decades. Body Groove offers an accessible approach with guidance, that lets you have the freedom to have fun, to dance like no one's watching, without you actually feeling like your doing exercise or in a class. So positive,

confidence building and body consciousness raising, and a great ice and tightness breaker if it's been too long since you've moved.

Anyone can have fun and drop in to themselves and loosen up without having to try too hard. Effort-less, and more conscious movement fun.

I absolutely love dancing. I was looking for a good exercise dance app to satisfy both my desire to dance and need to exercise. I google searched best dance apps, checked out a few, definitely not what I was looking for then I stumbled on Body Groove. I watched the intro video and was immediately hooked. I love the free expression. The variety of music and moves. How everyone is just moving around the floor with their own style and groove. I immediately got the app and I just finished two of the "Workout of the day". I had a blast. I am sweeting and smiling after having so much fun.

I have been doing Body Groove for 4-5 years and I am still in love with it! I have danced all my life. This is dancing, working out, stretching, toning, balancing all in one at all levels. It is genius in my mind. Misty is so inspirational and fills you with confidence. I have done many workout programs over the years, many good ones, but have always gotten bored because they become routine.

I knew I needed to get more fit and work out, but going to a gym intimidated me. And I needed someone to "push" me to keep going. These videos are great! I'm not super flexible or agile, but it doesn't matter! I'm able to do most of the routines and the ones I can't do just yet, I improvise as long as I keep moving. They are long enough and high enough energy to get my pulse up and make me feel good when I'm done. I'm not expecting to see overnight results, but just having done routines for 10 days I can see improvement in myself. I love these videos!

And I love the positive energy! Best thing I've done for myself in a long time.

I always wanted to feel more comfortable with dance steps and I have the hardest time keeping up with other dance-based exercise programs because they are just too hard.

This program is encouraging me to be comfortable with all kinds of dance styles, yet allowing me to be expressive on my own and learn to feel comfortable with my own dance style. The instructor doesn't expect you to do the steps exactly as she does.

Instead she encourages self expression. I actually look forward to my exercise time with this program. I can't thank the instructor enough!

I have been using Body Groove for about 4 years. It is something I can stick with. Most fitness programs I don't enjoy like this, thus quit doing them. When doing regularly I get more flexible, stronger, and have better endurance. You can always adjust your moves (do it your way) to get more out of it, or to scale back if needed that day. I would recommend adding some strength training as well to supplement if needed. The positive messaging works for me as well. The facilitators are talented and the participants come in all shapes, and ethnicities. It's a well rounded program.

I've been doing Body Groove now for a couple of years and I never tire of it! When I feel bad and don't feel like exercising I just turn on the music and start moving anyway and soon I'm feeling better and can dance.

Then I really feel good after I finish the workout. I have fibromyalgia and sometimes the pain makes me afraid to start but once I do, there is always a way that I can participate. Then I feel better! I'm also 65 years old and used body groove to lose 10 Ibs that was refusing to come off! I recommend it to anyone and everyone.

This is seriously the best decision I have made for myself in a LONG time! Ironically, I was super self-conscious about dancing, but I finally gotten back to a point where I enjoy

"workouts" and actually feel disappointment when I need to skip a day. I feel like something is missing without my daily dose of Groove. I love that my kids can join in or simply like to stay close by and watch and listen. Plus, I can fill my day with music and happiness. I love the encouragement from Misty, Heather Miranda and all the others!! It truly carries over to all parts of my day.

I've struggled with my self image my whole life and only recently have started to give myself the love I deserve. I absolutely love this app. There are so many great individual songs to dance to, but what I tend to use are the workouts of the day or the compilation workouts. I'm not a dancer, I'm not in great shape, but since the focus is on moving your own way and doing what you can on any given day, I hav been able to stick with it everyday. I have been do 1 to 2 workout sessions a day for 5.5 months and combining that with watching my calorie intake and I've lost over 75 pounds. Great way to get healthy or stay healthy. Try it out, if you like to dance this is a great app for you.

I have been searching for a dance workout for years. This program allows you to get a good workout while being creative. I'm a former ballet dancer and doing these routines has really reconnected me to my body. But, I would recommend this for anyone of any fitness level. I have been doing the program consistently for over a year, 6 days a week without getting bored. This workout has truly been life changing! I am 50 years old and have never been athletic or coordinated. I have joint pain and find that gentle movement is really helpful. I am loving these gentle, beautiful, uplifting workouts. I do my "dancing" in private, so l'm not hindered by self consciousness. It's a time for just me to be beautiful and healthy and feel good! The music naturally makes me want to move. Exercise is no longer something on my list that I dread or makes me feel guilty for skipping, lol! I don't wanna skip MY time anymore :-)

Body groove is the first workout routine I have actually loved and trust me I have tried many. It is easy enough for me to do because I am pretty uncoordinated. At the same time l feel it is a good work out. I feel it helps with my balance, coordination and I am sweating by the time I am finished. I love that the workouts are between 25 to 30 minutes long.

That's usually all I want to do, but I can always do another one if I want to. Really really love this program and highly recommend it

Since I started back in March I have begun to find myself. Now I feel better and stronger and my confidence is back. I still need work in some area but I no longer beat myself up about it. Learning to like, then love, myself has been a bit of a struggle and I'm getting there. I love to encourage other groovers because we all need love and support! My weight hasn't changed but I have lost over 11 inches overall so that makes me happy. My goal is to be happy, be totally in love with me and to one day meet Misty, Heather and as many fellow groovers as I can!

Let me just tell you, BodyGroove has exceeded all my expectations! I've always struggled to find exercise that is enjoyable, but I love dancing. This is so easy to follow, half the time I have my eyes closed. It is so freeing to just feel the music and go with it! I also love yoga and several of the videos I've done have a yoga vibe, but in dance form.

How is that even possible? For the first time in a long time, I actually look forward to exercising. Thank you so very much

I've been there done that with a lot of workout routines and fads out there, like Misty mentions in her videos. None of them have worked for me but I also always feel it's an uphill battle. These videos are not only fun because... well... it's dancing (even though I have absolutely no rhythm) but it's also truly motivating. Misty is very transparent and open as well as uplifting and that makes it so much better doing these routines. Highly recommend this if you are in a rut and over all the never ending fads that never work.

I have started and stopped many an exercise program over the years. This one I feel was made for just me. So many shapes, colors, and sizes just having fun moving and grooving together. You want to keep coming back (I ❤️ WOD). I have seen other dance programs that look fun but when all the instructors look like size 0 it is not very inspiring. I just want to do what works for me. Getting injured trying to keep up with a certain image is not inspiring or helpful to this 61 yr old! So Body Groove you are the best of the best to me!

I have type Il diabetes and struggled with exercising. I found body groove in December.

Haven't stopped grooving. Sharing with my coworkers who struggle with moving. As Misty says "you can't get it wrong". Just moving my own way and adjusting how I need to and listening to the encouraging words helps me continue. I feel better, my sugar is getting better and my clothes are loosening. So glad I tried Body Groove. Keep it up ladies! I never write reviews but felt the need to thank you!

I was looking for dance classes locally but none of the times worked with my schedule.

Then this crossed my path and it has been one of the best things I have done for myself not only physically but also emotionally and spiritually. Yes, you get a great workout and you also get to have fun and feel like you are playing and laughing. The teachers are engaging and personal and I can't say enough that if you are wanting to dance and get a workout this is fantastic!

This program is one of the main reasons I've been more mobile, happy and flexible in body and mind...even while dealing with

fibromyalgia (chronic pain). I feel far less pain when I groove everyday. I feel very connected with myself and like I'm fully living in a fun and juicy way. This utilizes a lot if what I've learned studying psychology and dance movement therapy in a way that just feels like play.

I have exercise-induced asthma and have never been able to keep up with dance aerobics classes, much to my disappointment because I absolutely LOVE to dance. Cardio has always been a no-go for me, but with Body Groove, I can get a full body workout without having an asthma attack. Finally, I have a workout I can do in my home and at my own pace. 20-25 minutes of dancing a day? Now THAT is something that motivates me to get moving even more! Love LOVE Love!! I am a very fluffy woman with a bad knee and this program has helped so much! Not only the physical exercises but the mental exercises and the confidence exercises all rolled up into a fun time! I was in the fence for over a year, so glad I jumped off and started Body Groovin!!! Asked my mother in law start moving too, she couldn't do much at first as she has arthritis in her knees really bad but would stand up to move when she could and sit down and move when she needed to. I had been mostly sedentary and was overweight when I started this program. I have been grooving approximately 2 months, and I can tell a HUGE difference in my flexibility, energy level, and general outlook.

This is the first "exercise" program I've stuck with and felt positive about. I put exercise in quotes because you definitely work out, but it feels more like fun! I have lost inches and clothes sizes and approximately 10 pounds so far. It is a great program for mind, body, and soul!

I'm 75. Don't look it, don't feel it, but sure do want to get my body moving again. Don't want a senior citizen program. Zumba at the Y was my go exercise until Covid. And then, AND THEN, I found Body Groove. This is joyful dancing. This is magic. I can do this at my level and my 18 and 14 year old

granddaughters can groove at their level. It's private too, just me so I can be as groovy as I want! I have danced since I was four, and Body Groove brought dance back into my life. It's extraordinary!

While watching my first clip on Facebook I was hooked. I love to dance but working through the 30 day challenge I have moved muscles I haven't moved in a while. I am on day 7 and already feel my muscles toning up!!!! I am an avid hiker and do cardio workouts but not consistently with body groove I can't wait to get home from work to dance off my stress! I'm absolutely loving Body Groove! I never took any dance lessons and always wanted to. I love that I can "groove" in small increments - some videos are only 3-4 minutes long. It's not intimidating at all and full of affirmations, like "you can't do it wrong!" It's the most fun version of self-care I've ever tried. I absolutely love Groove! I have always wanted to try Yoga and Pilates but always felt out of place. Groove taught me how to do them in a way that was easy for me and that I enjoy! I started a diet New Year's Eve and they count my steps in the program! I've almost tripled my steps be you don't feel like you're exercising!!! I have a terrible back but I only do what I can and it's more than I ever thought possible!!! I would recommend this program to ANYONE!!! I hate exercise, but this app has changed everything. Finally for the first time in my life, I can't wait to get home and do my workout. I started doing 15 minutes of Misty's workouts and before you know I can easily do 45 minutes because it's so fun I don't want to stop! The best part is I can move so much easier. Misty has changed my life and the life of my friends and family. She has done a magnificent job putting together dances that anyone can do. My mother at 76 does some standing up and others in a chair. It is cardiovascular as well as soft and kind to our bodies. It is the perfect balance of honoring yourself and getting a work out.

Body Groove has changed my life! I've been dancing every day for over 12 weeks straight.

I feel off if I don't dance that day. My mindset is completely changed for the positive. I also am way more toned in my legs and my balance has improved. I just turned 30 and am still on my health journey but dancing is helping me get there!

Body Groove is getting me back in touch with my whole body. As I continue to work toward a healthy weight, Body Groove reminds me l don't have to wait to enjoy moving in my body. It's also re- wiring my brain for self love and body confidence as I go ( not "when I get there"- wherever "there" is).

To start each day with the 'Workout of the Day' infuses such JOY, and by using them, I discover which individual songs resonate most deeply for me to save to 'My List' and use separately! I only wish I had joined sooner! THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH, MISTY!!!!

I discovered Body Groove about six years ago and I'm addicted in a good way! As soon as the on-demand platform launched, I was in and haven't regretted that decision once.

Misty truly has a gift that needs to be shared with everyone. I love the basic truths that embody the philosophy. Everyone should be a Groover, in my opinion. Groover 4 Life!

I have been grooving for a couple months. I have never in my life enjoyed or looked forward to exercising until I found this program. I feel good and I love doing this every day. My 13 year old son and my 69 year old mom both like to join me in these workouts. Loads of fun. Love Misty and Heather. Both are awesome.

I always feel uncoordinated with work out "routines", but the freedom in this allows me to just be myself and not stress about perfection or "keeping up". The workouts are fun, hard, and somehow relaxing at the same time and are over before I know it. It's the first time I haven't gotten bored with a workout after a few days.

I just love everything about this program, and Misty is phenomenal. I also liked that when I bought several of the products, I was not directed to additional item after item after item to purchase. I feel as if Misty really does care and wants to help us to succeed and to love ourselves. She is truly fantastic.

I've actually never done a review for an app until now. I've loved to dance since I was a little girl now in my 40s I don't find many chances to dance or time to exercise and now I can do both from my phone in my bedroom. My body is starting to wake up again and I feel amazing!

I have worked out my entire life, I love to work out, Body Groove has made me feel muscles in my body that rarely get used, certainly not in this way, I love the "more of a work out" types like the hiit and some of the other difficult ones, but I enjoy them all. And I can finally master the shimmy 😂 👍

This is the best way to get a great workout and have fun! I groove every day because I love all the different styles of dance and it's just so much fun! Misty and Heather have such different personalities and each one adds her own style and pizazz! I haven't had to work out in almost a year because I get to dance!
